Mediating Role of Interaction Orientation on the Relationship between Strategic Orientation and Small Medium Enterprises Performance in North-East Nigeria

This study was designed to find out the mediating role of interaction orientation in relationship between strategic and Small Medium (SMEs) performance northeast Nigeria. Data collected from a sample 326 SME owner-managers Nigeria using questionnaire. The analysis done with inferential statistics on Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) Smart-PLS 3. results revealed that mediates each entrepreneurial orientation, market learning technology SMEs’ performance. Without taking proper training measures for application entrepreneurial, jointly Nigeria, country will continue suffer poor It is recommended special consideration should be given because its mediation effect SMEs
